The Heart of the Journey

This year, we went beyond the traditional "stage" to find rhythm in the ruins. Our process centered around three fundamental pillars:

- Co-creation: building bridges between international artists and the people who live alongside these places every day.
- Archaeology as action: treating historical sites not as static museums, but as active participants in the storytelling.
- Shared experience: using movement to translate ancient stories into a language we all speak today.

The Co-creation Journey 2025 playlist takes you through the entire arc of our season. You'll witness:

- The initial spark: initial workshops where local communities and dancers met for the first time on-site.

- The development: behind-the-scenes footage of choreography sessions in ancient theaters and temples.

- The final bow: highlights of performances that breathed new life into the stones of European heritage.

El corazón del viaje

Este año, se ha ido más allá del tradicional “escenario” para encontrar ritmo en las ruinas. Nuestro proceso se centró en tres pilares fundamentales:

- Co-creación: tender puentes entre artistas internacionales y las personas que viven junto a estos lugares cada día.
- Arqueología como acción: tratar los sitios históricos no como museos estáticos, sino como participantes activos en la narración.
- Experiencia compartida: usar el movimiento para traducir historias antiguas a un idioma que todos hablamos hoy.

- La primera chispa: talleres iniciales donde las comunidades locales y los bailarines se conocieron por primera vez en el lugar.
